Returns


You may return a product within 7 days of receiving your order if:


- The product is damaged upon delivery.

- You received the wrong product.

- The product is defective.


To qualify for a return, the product must be:


- Unopened and unused.

- In its original packaging.

- Accompanied by proof of purchase.


Non-Returnable Items


For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:


- Opened or used supplements.

- Products with broken safety seals.

- Products damaged through misuse or improper storage.


Refunds


Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days. If a replacement is preferred and the item is available, we will send it at no extra cost.


Reporting a Problem


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number and clear photos of the product.
