1. Female Fertility Screening
* What is included? A full gynaecological check-up and a fertility scan to check the health of the uterus and ovaries.
* When is the best time to come? Clients can come any day, but for the most accurate fertility assessment, it is often recommended to visit shortly after their period ends.
* How long does it take? The screening usually takes about 20–30 minutes.
2. Male Fertility Screening (Sperm Analysis)
* What is the requirement? For the most accurate results, the male client should observe 3 to 5 days of abstinence (no sexual activity or ejaculation) before providing the sample.
* Is it private? Yes, all tests are handled with 100% confidentiality in a private environment.
* How long for results? Results are typically ready on the same day or within 24 hours, followed by a free consultation with the specialist.
3. HSG (Hysterosalpingogram) Inquiries
* What is it? An X-ray test used to check if the fallopian tubes are open or blocked.

4. General Appointments & Results
* Can I bring my own results? Yes. If you have current reports from another facility, the consultation fee is Ksh 2,000.
* Do I need to fast? No, fasting is not required for fertility screenings. However, remember to drink plenty of water for the pelvic scan.
* Can I buy medicine elsewhere? Yes, you are free to buy medication at our facility or take the prescription to any chemist of your choice.
